JEE Main 2016: Download your admit cards

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is conducting the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main examination on April 3, April 9 and April 10, 2016. The admit cards for the same have been released on the official website 

How to download?

In order to download the admit cards, candidates are required to follow the steps listed below: Go to the official websiteClick on the link, 'Download Admit Card for JEE (Main) - 2016'Enter application number and passwordOn submitting the same, the admit cards will be displayed on the screen. The candidates should take a print-out for future reference.
 The JEE (Main) exam will consist of two papers: Paper I (BE/B.Tech) and Paper II (B.Arch/B.Planning). These papers can be attempted in pen and paper mode or online mode. These shall be held for a duration of three hours each.  The engineering entrance exam is conducted to shortlist candidates seeking admission to undergraduate engineering programmes at the NITs, IIITs, other centrally funded technical Institutions, institutions funded by several participating state governments, and several other institutions. Besides, the candidates that are seeking admissions to the undergraduate programmes offered by the IITs/ISM Dhanbad through JEE (Advanced) are also required to take the test.
