Now, PSUs to consider PG CLAT score for recruitment


The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT)

The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT)  is scheduled to be conducted on May 8 by the Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL) Patiala in online mode.
The registrations are on till March 31; those candidates who are interested and eligible have just two more days left to submit their application form.
Unlike last year, this year, there has been an increase in the number of seats from 2220 to 2252 seats in 16 national law universities.
Other law colleges will also grant admission to candidates on the basis of their CLAT score.
This list includes Maharashtra's second national law university, MNLU, Nagpur, Galgotias University, Greater Noida, UP, IMS Unison University, Dehradun, Indore Institute of Law, Indore, Lloyd Law College, Greater Noida, UP, Manipal University, Jaipur, Institute of Law, Nirma University, Ahmedabad, RNB Global University, Bikaner, Shri Vaishnav Institute of Law, Indore and SRM University, Delhi-NCR, Sonipat.
In a major boost to the candidates of the PG CLAT exam, now four PSUs will recruit on the basis of CLAT score. The PSUs that will give jobs based on the score includes Indian Oil Corporation Limited, National Thermal Power Corporation Limited, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, and the Power Grid Corporation of India Limited.
